1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GreaterGood ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

GreaterGood is an AI-powered innovation platform that enables users to:

• Submit global challenges and problems for AI analysis
• Receive AI-generated innovative solutions
• Contribute to patent development and earn revenue shares
• Collaborate with a global community of innovators

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Platform-Generated Content

All intellectual property rights in content autonomously generated by the Platform's AI systems, including but not limited to AI-discovered problems, AI-generated solutions, and AI-drafted patent applications, are exclusively owned by Profile Matching Ltd. (trading as GreaterGood/gg99.ai). This includes:

• Problems identified and catalogued by our AI discovery systems
• Solutions generated by our AI reasoning and synthesis systems
• Patent applications drafted by our AI patent generation systems
• Research compiled and analyzed by our AI research systems
• Any derivative works or improvements based on the above

The Platform maintains human oversight and approval processes for all patent filings. Designated Platform representatives review and approve AI-generated innovations before patent submission, establishing the inventorship required under applicable patent law.

4.2 Your Submissions

When you submit a problem or contribute to a solution, you grant Profile Matching Ltd. a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, process, develop, modify, and create derivative works from your submission. For contributions that materially influence a patentable solution:

• You retain recognition as a contributor in our system
• You are entitled to revenue sharing as outlined in the Contributor Agreement
• You assign to the Platform all rights necessary for patent prosecution

4.3 IP Assignment

To the extent any intellectual property rights in your contributions do not automatically vest in the Platform, you hereby assign all such rights to Profile Matching Ltd. You agree to execute any documents and take any actions necessary to perfect or confirm the Platform's ownership of such intellectual property.

4.4 Revenue Sharing

Contributors whose submissions lead to patented solutions are entitled to revenue sharing as outlined in our Contributor Agreement. Revenue distribution is calculated based on contribution weight and patent performance. AI-only innovations (those without human contributor involvement) generate revenue exclusively for the Platform and the Global Share Pool.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform
• Use the Platform for any malicious or unethical purpose
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization

6. AI-Generated Content

The Platform operates an autonomous AI system that discovers problems, generates solutions, and drafts patent applications. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Ownership: All AI-generated content is the exclusive property of Profile Matching Ltd., including any intellectual property rights therein.
• Confidentiality: AI-generated problems, solutions, and patent drafts may be treated as confidential trade secrets until publicly filed or published.
• Human Oversight: Designated Platform representatives review and approve AI-generated innovations, providing the human inventorship required for patent protection.
• No Warranties: AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may require additional validation before implementation.
• Access Restrictions: Detailed AI-generated content may be restricted to authorized personnel and contributors with legitimate interests.

The Platform reserves the right to limit public visibility of AI-generated innovations to protect intellectual property during the patent prosecution process.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreaterGood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Revenue Distribution

GreaterGood operates on a transparent profit-sharing model:

• Platform Development (30%): Infrastructure, AI compute, legal fees
• Contributor Network (50%): Distributed among problem submitters, solvers, and upstream contributors
• Global Share Pool (20%): Distributed to all registered users

Detailed distribution calculations are available in your earnings dashboard. Minimum payout threshold is $10 USD.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at legal@gg99.ai. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal legal action.

For unresolved disputes, you may seek resolution through the courts of England and Wales or through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be revoked
• Outstanding earnings will be paid out according to our standard schedule
• Contributions to existing patents remain subject to revenue sharing agreements
• You may request data export within 30 days of termination
